Dmytro Mishchenko, an individual, operates Currency as a free, noncommercial app without advertising. It provides informational currency and crypto reference estimates, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice or transaction quotes. It does not execute transactions.

Rates and charts may be delayed, missing, revised or inaccurate. Conversions use third-party data and exclude fees, spreads and taxes. Converted crypto reference prices may apply a daily fiat rate to intraday USD observations; these are approximate reference estimates, not intraday FX or exchange trading prices. Historical charts may use monthly samples and omit unavailable observations. Verify figures with your bank, exchange or other provider before relying on them.

The app and data are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Free access, coverage, history windows and refresh timing depend on providers and the operating system and may change. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates or service interruptions. Nothing excludes liability, statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple’s applicable app licence governs the app. The repository’s MIT licence governs its source code. Third-party data and artwork retain their separate licences and notices in Data sources, Third-party assets and LICENSES. Neither these terms nor an app licence imposes additional restrictions on rights granted in that material, including copying, extracting, sharing or adapting Creative Commons data as its licence permits. Those data licences do not relicense unrelated app code. Coin Metrics data is CC BY-NC 4.0; its licensed reuse is for noncommercial purposes only. No provider endorses Currency or its calculated results.
